Membership & Fees

Hills Performers has an annual membership and termly class fees.  If you have any questions, please direct your enquiry to our administration team at accounts@hillsperformers.com.au or via the submission form on this page.

1. Membership Fee

Our Membership Fee is $50 per child, charged at the start of each calendar year, or upon initial registration if during the year. It includes our signature Hills Performers t-shirt, which the children wear to the classes.  If signing up in 2019, your membership will last until the end of December 2020.

2. Class Costs

The costs vary depending on the class which you child attends:

  • Toddler and Parent – $150 per term
  • Preschoolers – $200 per term

Fees are to be paid prior to the start of the term. If you are joining mid term you will be charged for the remaining weeks of the current term on the day of registration.

Terms are 10 weeks in length, aligned to the NSW school term dates. 

3. Terms & Conditions

PHOTOS AND VIDEOS will be taken during the classes and may be used to help promote the class. It is a great opportunity for you see what your child is doing during the classes. If you do not wish for Hills Performers to publish photos/videos of your child to promote Hills Performers please do not tick the box above. If you subsequently want to retract your consent, please confirm that in writing to becky@hillsperformers.com.au.  If consent is not provided, all photos will be masked with a smiley face. All persons taking or publishing photographs of children are subject to both State and Federal laws regarding the taking and use of photographs of children. MISSED CLASSES: No refunds are given for missed classes. If in future there are multiple classes and locations, then catch up classes will be offered on a discretionary basis.

LESSON GUARANTEE: If your child is genuinely not happy at Hills Performers, we will refund the balance of your term fees if you request cancellation of enrolment within two lessons of your initial enrolment. After the second lesson, you should contact us within 3 business days to request an enrolment cancellation and refund. Cancellation requests are to be made in writing by emailing us at becky@hillsperformers.com.au. The refund is calculated based on the number of weeks remaining in the term. Membership fee will not be refunded.

HILLS PERFORMERS STAFF: All employees, sub-contractors, contractors and directors will be fully trained and have a Working With Children Check.

CHILD SAFETY: Please ensure that your child arrives on time for every class and ensure that your child is in the presence of a teacher when you or the child’s guardian drops them off. Please ensure that your child is collected on time. We cannot be responsible for your child’s safety outside of class time. Should your child hurt his/herself you consent to employees, sub-contractors, contractors and directors of Hills Performers to attend to your child whilst Hills Performers wait for the nominated guardian to take over.

TOILET: Please take your child to the toilet immediately before class starts to avoid unnecessary disruptions during class. You consent to employees, sub-contractors, contractors and directors of Hills Performers taking your child to the toilet during class if your child requires to use the toilet. The children must be independently able to use the toilet; the staff will call you if any further assistance is required. If your child needs to go to the toilet during class time and you or your child’s guardian is not present on the premises, please be aware that we may ask another parent to assist your child.

VISITORS: To maintain a positive and controlled environment during the term our classes are generally closed to visitors. The very last class of every term will be open for viewing by friends and family and where a
child is particularly sensitive it may be possible to arrange for the first two classes to be attended by a parent or guardian.

FOOD AND DRINK must not be brought into the lesson. It is acceptable to bring water in a suitable bottle.

SOCIAL MEDIA: All employees, contractors, sub-contractors or directors of Hills Performers are on advice to decline all social media invitations from parents.

COMMUNICATION: Hills Performers will communicate with you primarily by email and you consent to receive information from Hills Performers via email. Hills Performers will not provide your details to any other company, entity or organisation without your prior consent and all information will be kept by Hills Performers in accordance with The Privacy Act.
